How To Repair lcd monitor problem turned a light blueish color
Actually about 2 days ago my friend lcd monitor turned a light blueish color, i can still see everything but it’s quite annoying, i tried fixing it yesterday and it worked fine at the night but when i shut it down and turned it on again today, it turned blue again. What can i do to fix this? i already checked for the pins and none seem to be bent or broken.
After reading Justin Yong lcd monitor repair ebook which is my best partner on repairing lcd monitor I assume that It has to be a connection problem. Then I check to see that the cable is connected directly into the computer and not loose in anyway.
What I suggest is that It could also be a connection problem from the cable to the back of your monitor. If possible, try a different vga/dvi cable. If that doesnt solve the problem, the problem could lie in your monitor.
Another suggest is that you may have to take the monitor apart and check the ribbon cables that actually connect to the LCD panel. I had a “broken” LCD monitor and that was the problem, it was loose.
